In the current automotive market, it is imperative to remain competitive. In order to do so you must produce a quality product, in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. In an effort to keep manufacturing jobs here in the U.S., Midwest Mold has continued to invest in technology, which reduces man-hours and has improved delivery times to our customers.

With our technology and automation:

• One operator can efficiently operate two or three machines.
• An operator is freed up to do other tasks, which in turn, increases output.
• There is greater precision from the CNC machining, reducing the amount of “bench work”; needed to finalize the mold making process.

Offshore Tooling

Midwest Mold Services has adapted to an ever changing industry by adding to its core services off shore tooling.

• We provide program management to our customer's tool build from design concept through first shots in Asia.
• We receive tools, de-crate, degrease and debug in North America.
• We incorporate any engineering changes necessary for start of production and texture as needed.
• We also provide this service for our customers who have their own offshore suppliers for export to North America.
